A little bit about me...

I'm Alice and I am here to help you on your journey to optimum health and happiness, whether you want to improve your energy levels, manage stress more effectively or you need guidance on how your nutrition can aid a specific health or wellbeing concern.

Being a certified Nutritional Therapist and Wellbeing Coach I can help keep you on track and motivated. I take a holistic approach and tailor my work to suit your individual needs and look at where you are both emotionally and physically. I am here to help you feel supported and will listen to you first and foremost as many of my clients can feel anxious, stressed or experience low mood. My approach to nutrition and wellbeing can help to create a better quality of life for you.

I understand that life gets in the way at times and our health and wellbeing can be the first thing we neglect so as your Nutritional Therapist and Wellbeing Coach, I am here to support you through every part of your journey and help you enjoy the benefits of these new found habits which you can implement in a practical and individual way using my advice.

Simple Self-Care Habits

One of the easiest ways to get yourself feeling grounded is by taking some time to just breathe. Sounds so simple, yet so many of us are rushing around on a daily basis that we forget to take a few minutes each day to do some deep breathing. If meditation is something you’ve delved into previously then brilliant! But if not, just a few minutes each morning, preferably outside with nature where possible, to breathe in life into your body and clear the craziness that’s going on in your mind. Another way to include some self-care is by taking the time for a nice bath, just you, no kiddies gate crashing! Even if it’s just for 20 minutes twice a week, this will clear your mind and calm the chaos that takes over upstairs...


Breakfast - the most important meal of the day?

So often I hear people saying they skip breakfast, but I believe it is the most important meal of the day. Fuelling our bodies with the essential vitamins and minerals it needs to function optimally is paramount if we are to focus and maintain increased energy levels in order to complete our daily tasks effectively. A quick and easy breakfast for me is some dairy-free yoghurt, a plant based protein bar crumbled over it, topped with some blueberries. It’s yummy and will give your body essential protein and antioxidants as well as fibre keeping you fuller for longer so you are less inclined to snack on those foods which do not serve your body.
