This programme covers all aspects of your health and wellbeing allowing you to gain real momentum in your journey towards optimum happiness.
Here we combine nutritional therapy with wellbeing coaching and can work together to address any specific health concerns, negative beliefs or behaviours and change your negative habits into positive ones to allow you to progress forward to a fulfilled life.
1 x 90 min nutritional therapy consultation
1 x 60 min nutritional therapy follow up
4 x 60 min wellbeing coaching sessions focussing on other aspects of your health and wellness
£75 per 60 mins
Whether you are looing to improve your confidence and self esteem, your mindset, work through any blockers you have or set out and work through long-term goals, these individual sessions could be for you.
During our sessions, we’ll map your needs to come up with a program that works for you.
